Trauma Training FX specializes in providing the most practical and true-to-life training exercises available. Our in-depth hands-on training can include a culmination exercise which is customized to each client. T2 instructors instill the “Win the Fight” mentality, monitoring the students as they follow the phases of care.

State-of-the-art moulage and simulated pyrotechnics are utilized in creating real-world scenarios unique to the client’s specific mission profile. For example: police officers responding to an active shooter in progress at a school or a hospital; civilians injured during a natural disaster; a special forces team compromised during their mission; or a military unit coming under hostile fire overseas.

Moulage

Julie Kolberg, President of T2Fx and Certified Moulage Specialist, leads a team in creating realistic wounds depicting injuries directly related to the real-world scenario being demonstrated.

Working directly with medical professionals and casualty actors, the Moulage team recreates injuries including major bleeds, gunshot wounds, burns, amputations, lacerations, impalements, compound fractures and head trauma.

Simulated Pyrotechnics

T2 implements added stressors and distractors in the culmination exercises to test the student’s ability to function under pressure. These include simulated pyrotechnics such as a 50-Cal machine gun, RPG, mortars, claymores, grenades, IEDs and smoke. Sim guns are also used by the students to engage OP-FOR role players.

Using these stressors, the student’s ability to function under pressure is enhanced, thereby increasing their confidence and skill levels to save a life. The life you save may be your own!
